Information and its purpose

InformationHow Invoice Pop uses it
Local business recordsBusiness names, logos, contact details, customer information, materials, services, invoices, quotes, notes, taxes, amounts and recorded payments are saved on your device to provide invoicing and record-keeping features.
Account informationIf you create an account, your email address, authentication information and account identifier are processed to sign you in, confirm your email, reset your password and keep accounts separate.
Synced recordsWhen you use account sync, your account's business records, document content, logos and settings are sent to the cloud so they can be available on your other signed-in devices. Guest records are separate and can be imported by you.
Quick Invoice textAfter you confirm an AI submission, the text you enter is sent through our server to DeepSeek to create an editable draft. That text can include names, contact details, job descriptions and amounts. Your saved customer list and business profile are not automatically added to the AI request.
AI request recordsAccount-linked request identifiers, timestamps, a hash of the input, request status, usage counts and successful generated results are stored to apply usage limits and handle retries. Generated results may contain information from your text.
Google Play subscription recordsIf you buy or restore an Android subscription, the app sends purchase verification information to our server. We verify it with Google Play and store account-linked purchase tokens, order identifiers, subscription expiry, status and verification timestamps to provide paid access, restore purchases and prevent a purchase from being reused across accounts. Google Play handles checkout and payment details; Invoice Pop does not receive your full payment card details.
Voice inputIf you choose voice input and allow microphone access, your device's speech recognition service converts speech into text. Processing may use the platform provider's servers. Invoice Pop does not itself save audio recordings. Recognized text can later be submitted for AI processing only when you confirm.
Support and technical informationWe receive information you choose to email us. Hosting, authentication and email providers may process technical connection and security logs, such as IP addresses, request times and errors, to deliver and protect the service.

Services that process information

Invoice Pop does not display advertising or sell personal information. It does not collect payment card details, hold customer funds or process invoice payments. Payment status and amounts are records entered by you.

Storage, security and retention

Local records remain on your device until you remove them or the app's data. Cloud account records, subscription verification records and AI request records are retained to provide the account and its features until they are removed through an account deletion request. Deleting a document from your active synced account updates its cloud copy through sync.

Cloud communication uses HTTPS. Authentication sessions use secure device storage, and account records are separated through database access rules. These measures reduce risk; they do not make any system immune to unauthorized access.

Provider backups, security logs and copies held by other services have their own retention cycles. We do not promise instant erasure of those copies. If information must be retained for a specific legal or security reason, we explain the applicable scope and reason when responding to a deletion request. Exported PDFs and backups you or recipients hold are outside our remote control.

Your choices

Only include customer or other people's information that you are authorized to use and share. Review AI-generated drafts before saving or sending them.

Account and data deletion

Visit Delete your Invoice Pop account to request deletion of your sign-in account, synced business records, account-linked AI usage records and subscription verification records held by Invoice Pop. You do not need the app installed to make the request.

Signing out or uninstalling the app does not by itself delete a cloud account. Removing a cloud account does not remotely erase local copies, exported files or documents already sent to someone else. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription or erase transaction records held by Google. Manage or cancel renewal separately in Google Play.

Children, policy changes and questions

Invoice Pop is a business tool for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly create child accounts. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

We may update this policy as the app changes. The date above identifies this version. For privacy questions or to exercise applicable data rights, email support@northcedarsoftware.com.
