Delete Your Account — Invoice Pop
Delete your account and cloud data.
You can request account deletion by email. You do not need to reinstall Invoice Pop or sign in to this page.
Send a deletion request
- Export any invoices or backups you want to keep. Completed deletion cannot be undone.
- From the email address used for your Invoice Pop account, email support@northcedarsoftware.com with the subject Delete my Invoice Pop account.
- Say that you want the account and its associated cloud data deleted. Support will confirm account ownership and reply when the request is completed.
If no email app opens, copy the address above into your email service. This button prepares an email; it does not immediately delete your account or send anything automatically.
Never send your password or verification codes. If you can no longer access the account's email address, contact support and explain that so we can discuss ownership verification.
What the request covers
- Your Invoice Pop sign-in account and access to its cloud records.
- Cloud copies of your businesses, customers, materials, documents, drafts, recorded payments, logos and settings.
- Account-linked AI quota, request, generated-result and subscription verification records held by Invoice Pop.
We also address associated data held by service providers as applicable. Provider backup and security-log retention may differ from live account deletion; see the retention section of our privacy policy. Any required exception is explained in our response.
Copies you need to remove separately
Cloud deletion does not remotely remove data cached on your devices, guest records, exported backups, PDFs or copies already shared with other people. Remove those copies using the device or service where they are stored.
Signing out or uninstalling the app alone does not delete your cloud account. If you have an app-store subscription, manage its renewal separately in that store.
